API Flanged Cast Steel Gate Valve

Description
API flanged gate valve is made of cast steel, thus it is also called cast steel sluice valve. It is not designed to slow or adjust fluid flow. Instead, this kind of API gate valve should be left completely closed or fully open to slow friction loss, optimize performance and increase valve lifespan.

Application
Cast steel is a ferrous metal that is both durable and heat resistant. The lightweight material of API flanged gate valve lasts through a lifetime of drastic temperature shifts, making it ideal for the petrochemical and gas industries.

Maintenance
1. Hand wheel, handle, and transmission structure of flanged gate valves cannot be hoisted. And collision is prohibited.
2. Please install those API gate valves according to operating manual.
3. If these cast steel sluice valves are used frequently, please lubricate them at least once per month. They should be maintained regularly.

Attention
1. Before installing flanged gate valves, please check valve body, sealing surface and other parts to avoid any dirt attachment.
2. Customers should pay attention to valve type, connection size and flowing direction of fluids, to guarantee consistency with the API gate valve to be installed.
3. When installing, some space should be left for cast steel sluice valve to actuate. Bolts at any connection joint should be fastened.
4. Check the packing part to ensure the sealing performance and ensure the gate valve to open flexibly.

1) Payments like T/T, D/P, D/A, L/C are accepted.
2) Our flanged gate valves are packed in standard wooden boxes. We will deliver them by railway, sea, or airplane.
